Honda's Foreman and Rubicon 500 and 520 run a GYZ16H; the Kawasaki Brute Force 750 runs a KMX14; the Suzuki KingQuad 400, Brute Force 300, Arctic Cat Alterra 300 and Can-Am DS 250 run a YTX12 or YTX14. They are all the same tray, and the ATX12-HD RE-START is the heavy-duty lithium battery for it: 480 cranking amps, 16Ah lead-acid equivalent, 3 lbs, and a jump start built in.

The BMS puts the battery to sleep before a winch controller, GPS or three months of storage can drain it flat, and holds a reserve. Press the button on top and the quad starts. That is the whole trick, and it is why RE-START is the battery to buy for a machine that gets parked.
